How do I get my referral link?▾

Log in to your account at antitar.sg/my-account. Your unique referral link is displayed in your account dashboard. Every customer has a unique link — it is generated automatically, you do not need to do anything to activate it.

When do I receive my $10 store credit?▾

Your $10 store credit is added to your account 60 days after your friend's purchase is confirmed. The 60-day period ensures the purchase is fully settled before the reward is issued. You will receive an email notification when the credit is added to your account.

Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?▾

No limit. You can refer as many friends as you like. Each successful referral earns you $10 store credit. If you refer 5 friends who all buy, you earn $50 in store credit. There is no cap on referrals and no expiry on your referral link.

Can I refer someone who already has an ANTI TAR account?▾

The referral programme is for new customers only — people who have not previously purchased from ANTI TAR. If someone already has an account, the 15% discount will not apply and no credit will be issued for that referral.

Does my friend need to enter a code at checkout?▾

No. When your friend clicks your referral link, their 15% discount is applied automatically at checkout. They do not need to copy or enter any code. The discount is visible in their cart before they complete payment.

Can I use my $10 credit on a subscription order?▾

Yes. Your $10 store credit can be applied to any order — a one-time purchase or a subscription renewal. Apply it at checkout when placing your next order or renewal. Credits can be stacked across multiple referrals and applied together if you have accumulated more than $10.

What if my friend places an order but then refunds it?▾

If your friend's order is refunded before the 60-day reward period completes, no credit will be issued for that referral. The 60-day delay exists precisely to ensure credits are only issued on genuine, settled purchases. If the refund happens after the credit has been issued, the credit may be reversed at our discretion.

Does my store credit expire?▾

Store credit does not expire while your account remains active. If your account is closed or inactive for more than 24 months, unused credit may be forfeited. Contact [email protected] if you have questions about your credit balance.

I don't see my referral link in my account. What do I do?▾

If your referral link is not visible in your account dashboard, it may be because your account was created before the referral programme launched, or because your account needs a refresh. Email [email protected] with "Referral Link" in the subject and we will sort it out within 24 hours.
